For some strange reason, any imbedded windows media player content will not play in a web browser. I've installed media player a couple times to fix the problem. anyone have any solutions? I know this pc is due for a reformat, but.. I'm in no rush

hello liam charles erven.
the mosth audio formats are not support by windows media player.
this can be the following reasons:
* unrecochnised file type.
*wrongly recorded speech file or time delay string not valid.

Are you getting an error message? Have you searched Technet for the error code? Can the file be played in other media players? Is your firewall (XP or hardware) blocking any TCP/UDP ports used to stream the file? Try posting your query to savemybutt.com and hydrogenaudio.org for help. Expect to be flamed for being stupid enough to use WMP.
